Positive Grooves

This album is entirely different from my previous two, as I decided to explore a different approach to composition.

For this album, I wanted to focus on melody and grooves, making them the central elements of the songs.

I deliberately kept the guitar solos minimal, with counter melodies being more upfront and essential. The guitar solos were a background, making the overall sound more straightforward.

I used warmer and less aggressive guitar sounds and purer orchestrations than my usual recordings to achieve this. I limited myself to using at most three guitars at a time and set effects lower to hear the instrument’s natural sound. All the guitars I use are custom-made, ensuring they meet my high standards.

Another exciting aspect of “Positive Grooves” is that I exploited two new plugins from Native Audio to render accurate percussion tracks. The India and West Africa series helped me achieve the sound I envisioned for the album. [New back then…)

I am thrilled to share this album with you, and you can listen to it for free on any streaming site available. If you enjoy the album and wish to download the songs to enjoy them offline, you can find them on sites like iTunes, Google Play, and Amazon.
